How does my car know when I just got paid?

Journal Entry: Sun Oct 4, 2009, 9:36 AM

My car very lovingly decided to get a flat tire to remind me that I needed a new set of tires anyway. Somehow it managed to make sure that it was on a pay Friday. Four new tires for my little bitty Kia - 400.00! I suppose that's not as bad as it could have been, since that price includes the labor. The guys at Town Fair Tire were awesome. It didn't take long, but it still astounds me at how quickly my paycheck came in and went straight back out again.

In other news I am still teaching art full time, but also taking 4 classes this semester. I must be clinically insane. I will be so happy when this semester is over. All I've got left to finish the last of my degree after this is my three studio classes and the thesis project.

I can't wait for everything to die down and return to normal. I did manage to post a new picture today. Pumpkin Seed the pony is back for one last day at the beach.

It’s not truly art unless you can convince someone else that it is, in fact, ART. Mostly, it’s just bullshit that you sell really well. – Steve Martin
